126例ICU侵袭性真菌感染临床分析 　　【摘要】目的 探讨ICU侵袭性真菌感染的易感因素和防止措施。方法 选取我院ICU2006年7月~2010年8月收治的126例侵袭性真菌感染患者的临床资料，观察并总结侵袭性真菌感染的易感因素、感染特点和治疗方法。结果 在本组126例患者中有114有基础疾病，占90.48%，其中以慢性肾病、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、白血病、系统性红斑狼疮最为多见。患者大都存在危险因素，如长期使用抗生素、糖皮质激素、糖尿病等。肺部真菌感染患者在临床无特异表现，确诊需要结合临床表现、痰培养和组织病理学。病原学以白色假丝酵母菌为主。应用抗真菌药物治疗，疗效安全、确切。结论 ICU侵袭性真菌感染的发病率呈逐年增加的趋势，老年人易感，菌种构成较前有改变，应适当调整抗真菌药物，积极采取综合治疗能够提高感染患者的治愈率。 　　【关键词】侵袭性真菌感染ICU 临床分析 　　中图分类号：R519文献标识码：A文章编号：1005-0515（2011）3-012-02 　　ICU of 126 cases of invasive fungal infections 　　Li Ming 　　（Baoshan City, Yunnan Province, Peoples Hospital Critical Care Medicine, Baoshan 678000） 　　【Abstract】Objective To investigate the invasive fungal infection in ICU predisposing factors and prevention measures.
