中专生网络成瘾与睡眠障碍及焦虑相关分析 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨中专生网络成瘾与睡眠障碍、 焦虑的相关关系，为中专学生网络成瘾的干预研究提供依据。方法 采用 整群抽样方法在合肥市某中专学校对713名学生进行问卷调查。结果 在7 13名调查对象中，有67名同学有网络成瘾倾向，占总数的9.4％，且男生相对女生多(1.91∶ 1)；出现焦虑症状的有140人（19.6％），有睡眠障碍者168人（23.6％）。网络成瘾的中专 生比无网络成瘾者在入睡时间、睡眠效率方面要差，且网络成瘾的中专生存在睡眠障碍和日 间障碍，并且比无网络成瘾者更加焦虑（P＜0.01）。结论 中专生 网络成瘾与焦虑、睡眠障碍存在着一定的相关关系。应采取切实有效措施，加强对中专生的 正确引导，有效利用互联网。 　　【关键词】 因特网；行为，成瘾；焦虑；因素分析，统计学；学生 　　【中图分类号】 R 179 R 395.6 【文献标识码】 A 【文章编号??? 1000-98 17(2007)10-0899-03 　　 The Correlation Analysis of Internet Addiction Disorder and Sleep Distu rb ance, Anxiety Among the Secondary Vocational Students/ ZHANG Xiu-jun, W U Hong-yan, CUI Guang-hui, et al.
