高校科研项目管理中有关部门协同关系思考 　　摘要： 科研、财务、设备三个部门是高校科研项目管理的主要有关部门，目前，这三个部门存在沟通不足，联系不紧密的现象，导致项目管理程序不能恰当衔接，工作效率不高。文章针对这个问题，指出各部门应扩充职责范围填补管理空白，提出引入协同合作管理平台的方法加强各部门联系，提高经费使用效益和项目实施效率。 　　Abstract: Science and technology department, finance department and equipment department are the primary science management sectors in university, however, ill communication and contact in the three scetors lead to the flaws of project management. To this issue, the article indicates that each department should enlarge its responsibility range, and collaboration management system should be brought in. 　　关键词： 科研项目；财务；设备；协同
