剖宫产术后早孕终止妊娠方法探讨 　　摘要：当前妊娠足月后因多种因素行剖宫取胎者日趋增多，这就为剖宫产术后一旦早孕行人工流产带来了诸多不便。因剖宫取胎后行人工流产时易发生子宫穿孔，人流不全，出血等并发症。我站2005年3月-2010年3月共收治了86例剖宫产术后早孕的，在施行电动吸引术中，为防止发生并发症，对吸引的方法进行了探索如下。 　　关键词:剖宫产术后早孕 终止妊娠 探讨 　　Splits the palace to produce the technique to be pregnant early termination pregnancy method discussion 　　Mao Manli Song Xinhong 　　Abstract:The current pregnancy full-term many kinds of the usual behavior splits the palace to take the embryo to increase day by day,once this after split the palace to produce the technique to be pregnant a line of induced abortion to bring many inconveniences early.When splits easily the palace takes the embryo next induced abortion to have the womb perforation,the stream of people not not entire,complications and so on hemorrhage.After I stood in March,2005 - March,2010 altogether to admit 86 examples to split the palace to produce the technique to be pregnant early,in the execution electrically operated attraction technique,for prevented had the complication,has carried on the exploration as follows to the attraction method. 　　Keywords：Splits the palace to produce the technique to be pregnant early The termination pregnancy Discussion 　　【中图分类号】R45【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1008-1879(2010)11-0103-02 　　 　　当前妊娠足月后因多种因素行剖宫取胎者日趋增多，这就为剖宫产术后一旦早孕行人工流产带来了诸多不便。因剖宫取胎后行人工流产时易发生子宫穿孔，人流不全，出血等并发症。我站2005年3月-2010年3月共收治了86例剖宫产术后早孕的，在施行电动吸引术中，为防止发生并发症，对吸引的方法进行了探索如下： 　　1 病例资料 　　1.1 年龄：25-30岁的72例，31-35岁的11例，36-40岁的3例。 　　1.2 剖宫产术式及其他：子宫下段纵切口的10例，子宫下段横切口的76例（其中有两次剖宫产史的5例）。第一胎剖宫产的68例，第二胎剖宫产的18例。 　　1.3 此次妊娠距剖宫产的时间：5个月的7例，6个月-1年的21例，1年-2年的39例（其中有两次人工流产术病史的6人），3年-4年19例（其??有两次人工流产术病史的7人）。 　　1.4 子宫位置：子宫前位的26例，水平位的17例，子宫后位的30例，宫体粘连前位的6例，宫体左偏粘连的2例，宫体粘连右偏的5例。 　　1.5 此次妊娠周数：6-7周的52例，8-9周的26例，10-11周的8例。 　　2 完善各项术前准备 　　受术者术前完善各项必要的医学检查，均无异常，认真详细的询问病史，仔细的进行妇科检查，了解宫颈情况，尤其是确定子宫的位置、大小、子宫及附件有无肿瘤，盆腔内有无炎性包块等情况，并注意有无畸形，操作宜稳、准、轻、巧，然后针对不同的孕妇进行手术前的解释工作，使受术者做好手术前的思想准备，减轻各种心里精神压力，消除恐惧心理，使之情绪稳定的，愉快的接受手术。 　　3 吸引方法 　　3.1 如孕囊附着在子宫后壁，将吸管顺阴道穹窿沿子宫腔后壁进入宫腔，达到宫底再退出1cm，将吸管窗对准宫腔后壁给予负压后，将进入宫腔内的吸管部
