厄贝沙坦对高血压合并慢性肾功能不全影响观察与体会 　　[摘要] 目的：观察与分析厄贝沙坦治疗高血压合并慢性肾功能不全的效果。方法：将80例高血压合并慢性肾功能不全患者随机分为两组，即观察组和对照组，每组40例，同时给予两组患者相应治疗措施且对其临床治疗效果、血压控制和肾功能等方面进行观察与相关数据统计分析。结果：观察组治疗总有效率为70%，优于对照组（50%），同时治疗后观察组研究对象收缩压为（135.13±15.34）mm Hg，舒张压为（74.00±8.43）mm Hg，均好于对照组（t=10.75、12.30，均P＜0.05）；观察组血肌酐为（176.0±26.2）μmol/L，尿素氮为（9.7±3.0）mmol/L，尿蛋白为（1.62±0.23）g/24 h，三者均好于对照组（t=11.86、13.84、12.54，均P＜0.05）。结论：厄贝沙坦治疗高血压合并慢性肾功能不全效果显著，不仅可以有效控制血压，同时对改善肾功能，延缓病情进展具有十分重要的临床意义。 　　[关键词] 厄贝沙坦；高血压；慢性肾功能不全；观察 　　[中图分类号] R544.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2011）11（c）-076-02 　　 　　Observation and experience of influence on Irbesartan for hypertension and chronic renal insufficiency 　　CHEN Yiquan, ZHUANG Manru 　　Department of Internal Medicine, Chaozhou Central Hospital, Guangdong Province, Chaozhou 521000, China 　　[Abstract] Objective: To observe and analyze the efficacy of Irbesartan in the treatment of hypertension and chronic renal insufficiency. The appropriate treatment was given in two groups and the clinical efficacy, blood pressure control and kidney function of patients in two groups were observed and the data were analyzed. While after treatment in the observation group, the systolic blood pressure of subject was (135.13±15.34) mm Hg, the diastolic blood pressure was (74.00±8.43) mm Hg, both of which were better than the control group (t=10.75, 12.30, all P＜0.05); the serum creatinine of the observation group was (176.0±26.2) μmol/L, the urea nitrogen was (9.7±3.0) mmol/L, the urinary protein was (1.62±0.23) g/24 h, all of which were better than the control group (t=11.86, 13.84, 12.54, all P＜0.05).
