Methods: 200 cases of hyperemesis gravidarum and 200 cases of the normal pregnant women were detected the content of trace element zinc, copper, selenium, manganese separately in there hair, finally carries on statistics analyzed. Results: The content of the zinc and the manganese in the study group of pregnant women were significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion: The lack of trace elements zinc and manganese and the incidence of hyperemesis gravidarum have a certain relationship. 　　[Key words] Hyperemesis gravidarum; Pregnant woman; Trace element; Zinc; Manganese 　　 　　孕妇在怀孕早期出现择食、食欲不振、轻度恶心、呕吐、头昏、倦怠等症状，称为早孕反应。因为恶心、呕吐多在清晨空腹时较重，所以又称为“晨吐”。早孕反应是一种生理现象，一般对生活与工作影响不大，不需特殊治疗，多在妊娠12周后自然消失。少数孕妇早孕反应严重，恶心呕吐频繁，不能进食，??响身体健康，甚至威胁孕妇生命，称妊娠剧吐。绝大多数患者经临床治疗后会痊愈，极个别患者由于严重呕吐，引起脱水及电解质紊乱，不仅影响孕妇身体健康，甚至造成胎儿生长发育不良。由于长期饥饿，机体只能动用脂肪组织来供给能量，可引起酮症酸中毒甚至肝功能衰竭等严重的并发症，危及孕妇生命。 　　目前，临床上对于妊娠剧吐的研究大多以治疗为主，对病因方面的研究很少，发病机制至今仍无定论，而关于妊娠剧吐与微量元素之间的相关性研究国内尚未见报道。本研究欲
