导乐分娩对母婴影响 　　【中图分类号】R714【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-6383-（2010）12-0040-02 　　【摘要】目的：导乐陪伴分娩是一种新型的分娩方式，这种分娩方式正受到越来越多的关注和应用。她主要用来观察导乐陪伴分娩这种分娩方式对产妇产程、产后出血和新生儿的影响，以提供导乐陪伴分娩作为新型分娩方式的依据，并介绍我院在实施导乐陪伴分娩中的一些经验和措施。方法：选择无产可合并症和并发症的足月出产产妇，将产妇分为实验组和对照组，实验组即导乐陪伴组188，对照组190，观察两组产妇产程及产后出血情况并进行比较。结果：两组产妇在年龄、孕周、新生儿性别与体重方面均无显著差异（P＞0.05），而总产程及产后出血，新生儿Apgar评分结果比较，两组均有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。结论：本研究显示导乐陪伴分娩可缩短产程，减少产后出血减少新生儿窒息的发生。这些结果为导乐陪伴分娩???为新型分娩方式提供了依据。 　　【关键词】导乐陪伴分娩；总产程；产后出血 　　Leads the happy childbirth to the maternal infant the influence 　　Shen Lin 　　【Abstract】Objective：Leads accompanies the childbirth is one new childbirth way happily， this childbirth way is receiving more and more attention and the application. She mainly uses for to observe leads accompanies the childbirth this childbirth way happily to the parturient woman course of childbirth， the postpartum hemorrhage and newborns influence， provides leads accompanies the childbirth to take the new childbirth way happily the basis， and introduces my courtyard， in the implementation leads accompanies in the childbirth happily some experiences and the measure. Method： The choice not produces may the complications and the complication full-term produces the parturient woman， divides into the experimental group and the control group the parturient woman， the experimental group namely leads accompanies the group happily 188， the control group 190， observe two groups of parturient women courses of childbirth and the postpartum hemorrhage situation and carries on the comparison. Finally： Two group of parturient women in the age， are pregnant the week， the newborn sex and the body weight aspect not remarkable difference（P＞0.05）， But the total course of childbirth and the postpartum hemorrhage， the newborn Apgar grading result comparison， two groups have the significance difference（P＜0.05）。Conclusion： This research demonstration leads accompanies the childbirth to be possible happily to reduce the course of childbirth， reduces the postpartum hemorrha
