封闭式负压引流在治疗慢性创面中应用与护理 　　[摘要]目的：探索封闭式负压引流技术在治疗慢性创面中的应用及护理。方法：选择2010年6月～7月采用封闭式负压引流技术治疗的慢性创面50例，主要为压疮患者，对其分别进行封闭式负压引流技术及创面换药治疗。术后均随访至所有创面完全愈合后1个月。结果：使用封闭式负压引流技术至创面修复完整时间较创面换药治疗缩短，此期间患者平均手术次数为1～2次。可以保持有效引流 5～7天，能有效地减少创面愈合时间，促进创面愈合，治愈率提高。结论：封闭式负压引流（Vacuum sealing drainage -VSD）技术能明显促进慢性创面愈合，缩短治疗时间，减轻患者痛苦，降低患者费用，操作简便，易于掌握，在治疗慢性创面方面远远优于常规换药治疗。是一种促进浅表创面和深部创面愈合的全新方法，因此准确、有效、及时的治疗和护理是取得良好疗效的关键。 　　[关键词]封??式负压引流； 慢性创面； 应用与护理 　　[中图分类号]R473.5 [文献标识码]A[文章编号]1008-6455（2011）10-1638-02 　　 　　Investigating the using and nursing that treat the chronic wounds 　　WANG Qing, ZHOU Qin, SHI Xue-qin, CHEN Yuan, XU Jing, JIAO Xiao-chun 　　（Department of Burns and Dermatology Surgery Xijing Hospital, The Fourth Military Medical University Xian 710032,Shaanxi,China） 　　 　　AbstractObjective: To investigate the using and nursing that treat the chronic wounds.Methods Choosing 50 chronic wounds cases which were treated with vacuum sealing drainage from June, 2010 to July, 2010, and the majority of them are suffering from bedsore. We respectively used the VSD and common surgical debridement in wound. Then we followed up the patients post operation after 1 month.ResultsFrom the period of postoperative to following-up, we can see the patients who treat with VSD were free from infection and the average hospitalized time of using VSD was (20.5±4.4) days, the average of operations was 1 to 2 times. Keeping the effective drainage for about 5-7days, it significantly shortened the time of treatment and promoted the wound healing.ConclusionThe VSD technology can obviously promote the speed of wound healing, shorten the time of treatment, ease the patients pain, cut down their expense, help the health care team to reduce workload from the change of dressing, which is also convenient operation and easy to master, which is far superior to conventional change of dressing in treating high-energy soft tissue.
