心理干预对高危儿母亲心理健康及育儿行为影响研究 　　【摘要】目的 探讨在高危儿管理中，心理干预对母亲心理健康状况及育儿行为的影响。方法 将高危儿的母亲随机分为干预组和对照组。采用90项症状自评量表（Symptom Checklist 90，SCL-90）对高危儿母亲进行心理评估，对比两组母亲产后3个月各因子得分情况、随诊及高危儿干预训练计划完成情况、婴儿智能发育情况。结果 干预前后母亲SCL-90中躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、偏执比较差异均有显著性（P＜均0.01）。两组母亲产后3个月SCL-90中强迫、抑郁、焦虑、偏执比较差异均有显著性（P＜均0.01）；3个月内干预计划完成情况干预组明显高于对照组（P＜0.01）；6个月随诊流失情况干预组明显少于对照组（P＜0.01）；干预组高危儿3、6个月的5个能区DQ值均高于对照组。结论 对高危儿的母亲心理干预可改善母亲的心理健康状况，提高高危儿早期干预效果。 　　【关键词】保健 高危儿 心理健康 心理干预 　　中图分类号：R471文献标识码：A文章编号：1005-0515（2011）12-003-03 　　The effect of psychiatric interventions on psychiatric health and teaching behaviors of the mothers with high risk infants 　　CHU Ying SHENG Zhihua YANG Danyan 　　（Maternal and Infant Health-care Hospital in Xuzhou， Jiang SuXuzhou 221000） 　　【Abstract】Objective To learn the effect of psychiatric interventions on psychiatric health and teaching behaviors of the mothers during the administration of the high risk infants. Methods The mothers with high risk infants were randomly divided into intervention and control group， their psychiatric status was evaluated with Symptom Checklist 90. The factor score， fulfilled status of continuous out-patient clinic and exercise program of the high risk infants and mental development of the infants were compared between the 2 groups for the mothers in the third month after the delivery. Results Compared with the score of the mothers before intervention， the score was obviously different in somatization， compulsion， depression， anxiety， paranoid ideation after the intervention. There was significant difference in score of compulsion， depression， anxiety， paranoid ideation between the mothers of the 2 groups in the third month after the delivery. Compared with the control group， the ratio for the fulfilled intervention within 3 months was significantly higher， while the ratio of the infants without the continuous out-patient clinic for 6 months was lower in the intervention group.
