心理护理在小儿静脉输液中效果观察   [摘要] 目的:探讨心理护理在小儿静脉输液中的效果。方法:选取2009年9月~2010年2月于我院门诊进行静脉输液的260例小儿患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(非心理护理组)130例和观察组(心理护理组)130例,后将两组患者的治疗依从性、一次穿刺成功率及家长满意率进行研究及比较。结果:经研究比较发现,观察组的治疗依从性明显高于对照组,家长满意率也明显高于对照组,一次穿刺成功率也明显高于对照组,均有显著性差异(均P   [关键词] 心理护理;静脉输液;小儿;效果   [中图分类号] R473.72[文献标识码]C [文章编号]1673-7210(2010)10(b)-090-02      The observation of psychological nursing in the children patients treated with intravenous infusion   HUANG Zhongtian    (The People′s Hospital of Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province, Jiangmen 529000, China)   [Abstract] Objective:To study the effects of psychological nursing in the children patientstreated with intravenous infusion. Methods:260 cases of children patients treated with intravenous infusion in our hospital from September 2009 to February 2010 were selected as observation subject,and they were randomly divided into control group(non psychological nursing group)130 cases and observation group (psychological nursing group)130 cases. Then the treatment compliance,one-time successful puncture rate and satisfaction rate of parents of the two groups were studied and compared. Results:The treatment compliance ,one-time successful puncture rate and satisfaction rate of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),all the differences had statistical significance. Conclusion:The psychological nursing in the children patients treated with intravenous infusion is an important role for improving the treatment compliance and satisfaction rate and it is worthy of popularization and application.   [Key words] Psychological nursing; Intravenous infusion; Children; Effects      将大量的液体、电解质或血液由静脉注入称之为静脉输液法[1]。其绝大部分情况下为用来进行输注液体,包括通过静脉将各种药物输注入体内,以达到较好的治疗疾病的目的。对于此种治疗方式一般以成年患者治疗依从性较高,对于小儿患者而言往往治疗依从性较差,严重影响了患者的治疗效果,因此如何提高小儿患者静脉输液的治疗效果成为重点。本文中,笔者选取2009年9月~2010年2月于我院门诊进行静脉输液的260例小儿患者为研究对象,对其采用不同的护理模式进行护理,后将结果加以总结及分析,现报道如下:   1资料与方法   1.1一般资料   选取2009年9月~2010年2月于我院门诊进行静脉输液的260例小儿患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(非心理护理组)130例和观察组(心理护理组)130
