Department of Radiology, Zheji ang Hospital, Zhejiang 310013, China 　　［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the value of ECG editing i n dual_source CT coronary angiography in patients with atrial fibrillation(Af).Methods 38 patie nts with Af underwent dual_source CT coronary angiography. The ECG editing techn ique was applied to get the processing and reconstruction of image. The coronaryimaging before and after ECG_editing was evaluated with four_score method andthe significant difference was compared.Results In 38 patients of Af, a totalof 494 coronary artery segments were evaluated after ECG_editing. Among of them , 179(36.22%) segments were evaluated score 4, 161(32.63%) segments were evalu a ted score 3, 107(21.71%) segments were evaluated score 2 and 47(10%) segments w ere evaluated score 1. The average score of before ECG_editing was(2.49±0.57) , and the average score of after ECG_editing group was(3.34±0.47). The diffe rence between two groups was significant(P＜0.01).Conclusions ECG editing technique can effectively improve the im age quality of dual_source CT coronary angiography in patients with Af. 　　［Key words］ Tomography, X_ray computed; Coronary angiography;Atrial fibrillation; ECG_editing 　　 　　冠状动脉CTA作为一项微创检查，一直以来临床应用范围较局限，主要受限于螺旋CT时间分 辨率较低［1］。自从双源螺旋CT应用于临床以来，冠状动脉CTA检查不再依赖于药物 控制心率，检查成功率也明显提高。双源螺旋CT时间分辨率明显提高，其两套球管和探测器 共同完成数据采集，单扇区重建法时间分辨率提高到83ms［2～4］。冠状动脉运动伪 影明显减少，使得高心率和心律不齐患者能顺利完成检查。本文总结双源螺旋CT冠状动脉CT A的临床应用，探讨房颤患者冠状动脉成像中心电编辑技术的应用。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 病例资料：2009年7月至2010年9月期间共38例房颤病例，进行了冠状动脉CTA检查。 其中男23例，女15例；年龄45～83（65.52±9.3）岁。病例排除标准：碘过敏、肾功 能不全（肌苷水平120umol/L）、心肺功能不全不能配合检查。所有患者未使用控制心率药 物如倍他乐克等，检查前告之患者，并取得知情同意。 　　1.2 双源螺旋CT扫描参数：64层双源螺旋CT（Somatom Definition，Siem
