急性肠系膜上动脉栓塞外科治疗临床分析 　　摘 要 目的：探讨肠系膜上动脉栓塞的诊断、手术时机、手术方式的选择。方法：对15例急性肠系膜上动脉栓塞的临床资料进行总结分析。结果：15例患者，其中14例手术治疗，8例行肠系膜上动脉取栓，6例单纯肠坏死切除端端吻合术。存活7例，8例死亡，总病死率53%。结论：手术治疗仍是目前治疗本病的主要方法，早期诊断，及时手术探查是提高疗效的关键。 　　关键词 肠系膜上动脉 栓塞 肠坏死 　　 　　AbstractObjective:To investigate the superior mesenteric artery embolization diagnosis,surgery time,the operation mode of choice.Methods:Total 15 cases of acute superiormesenteric artery embolization clinical data were analyzed.Results:Among 15cases of patients 4 cases surgical treatment,8 cases superiormesenteric artery thrombectomy,6 cases intestinal necrosis simple removal o
