替米沙坦联合用药治疗老年高血压临床研究 　　[摘要] 目的：探讨替米沙坦联合吲达帕胺或左旋氨氯地平治疗老年高血压的疗效及安全性。方法：选择78例老年原发性高血压患者随机分为两组，替米沙坦+吲达帕胺组（吲达帕胺组）和替米沙坦+左旋氨氯地平组（左旋氨氯地平组）进行治疗，疗程8周。结果：第2周末，吲达帕胺组和左旋氨氯地平组的降压达标率分别为61.5%和48.7%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义 （P＜0.05）。第8周末，两组降压达标率分别为71.8%和74.4%，降压总有效率分别为82.1%和84.6%，两组比较，差异均无统计学意义 （P＞0.05）。结论：替米沙坦联合吲达帕胺或左旋氨氯地平能有效降低老年高血压患者的血压水平，耐受性好，故这种方法值得推广应用。 　　[关键词] 高血压；老年患者；替米沙坦 　　[中图分类号] R544.1[文献标识码]B [文章编号]1673-7210（2010）10（b）-052－０3 　　 　　Clinical research of combinative remedy with Telmisartan on aged patients with hypertension 　　TAN Bifeng1, YANG Tianlun1, HUANG Youliang2，YU Qunjun2， YU Jiaxian2, LU Sheng2 　　(1.Department of Cardiology, the Xiangya Hospital of Central South University, Changsha 410008, China; 2. Department of Cardiology, the Third People′s Hospital of Huaihua City Affiliated to Huaihua Medicial College, Huaihua 418000, China ) 　　[Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Telmisartan combined with Indapamide or Levamlodipine on aged patients with hypertension. Methods: 78 aged patients with essential hypertension were chosen casually and divided into two groups, one was treated with Telmisartan and Indapamide (Indapamide group), the other was treated with Telmisartan and Levamlodipine (Levamlodipine group). The course of treatment was 8 weeks. Results: After 2 weeks′ treatment, the reaching standard rate was 61.5% of Indapamide group and 48.7% of Levamlodipine group, the differences was statically significant between two groups (P＜0.05). After 8 weeks′ treatment, the reaching standard rate was 71.8% of Indapamide group and 74.4% of Levamlodipine group, and the effective rate were 82.1% and 84.6% respectively, there were no significant differences between two groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion: Telmisartan combined with Indapamide or Levamlodipine can effectively reduce the blood pressure of aged patients with hypertension, and the tolerance is good, so this method is worth popularizing. 　　[Key words] Hypertension; Aged patients; Telmisartan 　　 　　高血压是老
