止孕消汤联合甲氨喋呤、米非司酮治疗未破损异位妊娠临床观察 　　【摘要】 目的 观察止孕消?汤联合甲氨喋呤（MTX）及米非司酮保守治疗未破损型异位妊娠的临床效果。方法 将60例未破损型异位妊娠的患者随机分成两组，治疗组止孕消?汤联合MTX联合米非司酮和对照组MTX联合米非司酮，比较两组治疗效果。两组患者治疗前在年龄、血β-HCG、包块直径等经统计学处理差异无显著性（P＜0.05）。结果 治疗组30例，11例显效，17例有效，总有效率为93.3%；对照组30例，4例显将效，21例有效，有效率为83.3%，两组治疗成功率比较，差异有显著性P＜0.05。结论 两种治疗方法对未破损型异位妊娠均有效，止孕消?汤联合MTX联合米非司酮是保守治疗未破损型异位妊娠安全、经济、成功率高的方法。 　　【关键词】 异位妊娠；β-HCG；保守治疗 　　 　　Zhiyunxiaozheng decoction combined with MTX intramuscular injection and oral mifepristome’s effect in treating ectopic pregnancy 　　XU Jie,LIU Pei-shan.Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics,the First Chinese Medicine Hospital of Changde City,Hunan 415000,China 　　【Abstract】 Objective Zhiyunxiaozheng decoction combined with MTX intramuscular injection and oral mifepristome’s effect in treating ectopic pregnancy.Methed A total of 60 cases of ectopic pregnaney were divided into two groups.Group A was treated with Zhiyunxiaczheng Decoction combined with MTX intramuscular injection and oral Mifepristone.Group B was treated with MTX intramuscular injection combined with oral Mifepristone.Before treating thei year，β-HCG and the diameter of ectopic pregnancy are not much difference between two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion The shorten time thatβ-HCG return to nomal level,less money of hospitalization in group A is significanfly difered fron group B (P＜0.05).The curative rate of group A was (93.3%),and is(83.3%)of group B.That is,two metheds are effective in treating eetopic pregnancy.Bnt Zhi yun xiaozheng Decoction combined wicl MTX intramuscular injection and oral Mifepristone is a highly effective andeconomic methed. 　　【Key words】 Ectopic pregnancy; β-HCG;Medicine therapy 　　 　　异位妊娠是妇产科常见的急腹症之一。近年来，由于未婚先孕、人工流产及性传播疾病等引起盆腔炎的发病率增高，异位妊娠的发病率呈上升趋势［1］。且发病呈年轻化，越??越多年轻未生育的患者要求保留患侧输卵管。由于β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素（β-HCG）和高分辨的阴道B超（TVS）的介入，使得异位妊娠能够得到早期而准确的诊断，从而为其保守治疗提供了条件［2］ 。本文收集自2006年9月至2008年3月常德市第一中医院60例未破损型异位妊娠的患者，采用两种不同的保守治疗方法，并观察其临床疗效进行比较，现报告如下。 　　 　　1 对象与方法 　　 　　1．1 病例选择 所有病例根据病史、妇科检查、早孕测试、血β-HCG测定、B超检查等综合判断而确诊，并符合以下条件
