残疾体弱大学生体育保健课评价指标体系构建 　　摘要:采用特尔斐法,构建了包含学习效果、运动参与、体质健康、运动技能、心理健康和社会适应的6个1级指标、19个2级指标的残疾、体弱大学生的体育保健课评价指标体系。运用层次分析法,求得各指标的权重。通过实践表明:构建的残疾体弱大学生体育保健课评价体系,淡化了技能评分,强调学生的运动参与态度和成绩进步幅度,较原有诸多评价更为合理。 　　关键词:学校体育;体育保健课;残疾体弱大学生;教学评价指标体系 　　中图分类号:G80文献标识码:A文章编号:1006-7116(2010)06-0051-04 　　 　　Establishment of a handicapped or physically weak college student heath care curriculum evaluation index system 　　LEI Hui1,TAN Xin-li1,LI Wei-feng2,ZHOU Hong-hong3 　　(1.Department of Physical Education,Xiangtan University,Xiangtan 411105,China; 　　2.School of Physical Education,Hunan University of Science and Technology,Xiangtan 411201,China; 　　3.Loudi Special Education School,Loudi 417000,China) 　　 　　Abstract: By adopting the Delphi method, the authors established a handicapped or physically weak college student health care curriculum evaluation index system that contains 19 level 2 indexes and 6 level 1 indexes, namely, learning effect, sports participation, physical health, sports skill, mental health and social adaptation. By applying the hierarchy analysis method, the author obtained the weights of various indexes. It was shown in practice that the established handicapped or physically weak college student health care curriculum system lightened skill scoring and emphasized students’ attitude towards sports participation and their performance improvement amplitude, thus being more rational than many existing evaluation systems. 　　Key words: school physical education;health care curriculum;handicapped or physically weak college student;teaching evaluation index system 　　 　　 　　据世界卫生组织统计,目前世界上约有残疾人5亿之多,大约占世界总人口的10%。作为人口大国,1987年全国残疾人抽样调查结果显示,我国现有残疾人5 164万,占全国总人数的4.0%,占国际残疾人总数的10.3%[1]。截至2006年4月1日,全国残疾人占总人口的6.34%。这个结果与1987年第一次残疾人调查相比,总量增加,比例也有所上升[2]。随着高等教育大众化进程的推进和教育公平理念的确立,越来越多的病残学生有机会跨入大学校门,但病残学生解决了入学问题并不等于受到适合其身心特点和需要的教育。如何提高这个群体的体育教育质量已成为高校体育部门必须重视和认真对待的问题。 　　《中华人民共和国残疾人保障法》中明确指出:“残疾人是指在心理、生理、人体结构上,某种组织、功能丧失或者不正常,全部或者部分丧失以正常方式从事某种活动能力的人。”本研究的残疾、体弱大学生是指身患残疾,在生活自理上有一定的影响或患有不宜参加
