浅谈孕妇学校健康教育 　　【中图分类号】R494【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-6383-（2010）12-0103-02 　　【摘要】孕妇学校通过采用健康教育专题讲座，多媒体宣传，发放健康教育材料等多种系列健教形式和普通住院产妇常规的健康教育。消除或减轻了影响孕妇妊期的危险因素，提高了孕妇的健康保健意识，达到了优生的目的。开展健康教育，不但提高了医护人员的理论水平和教学水平，而且接受孕妇学校健康教育的学员其健康教育知识知晓率有显著提高，与普通产妇相比，健康知识知晓率、医院综合满意度，孕妇学校产妇都有了明显提高。 　　【关键词】孕妇学校；健康教育；人性化护理服务 　　Discusses the Pregnant womens school shallowly the health education 　　Shi Xianhong Liu MeifangZhao Nan 　　【Abstract】The Pregnant womens school through uses the health education subject talks， the multimedia propagandas， provide the health education material and so on many kinds of series to teach the form and the ordinary in hospital parturient woman convention health education healthily. Eliminated or reduces has affected the pregnant woman to pregnant the time hazard factor， raised pregnant womans healthy health care consciousness， has served the eugenics purpose. Carries out the health education， not only raised medical care personnels theoretical level and the teaching level， moreover accepts the Pregnant womens school health education student its health education knowledge knowing rate to have the remarkable enhancement， compares with the ordinary parturient woman， healthy knowledge knowing rate， the hospital synthesis degree of satisfaction， the Pregnant womens school parturient women had the distinct enhancement. 　　【Keywords】 Pregnant womens school； Health education； User-friendly nurse service 　　孕妇是一个特殊的群体，如何使她们顺利、健康的度过孕期，不仅涉及家庭的幸福，还涉及到出生人口素质而受到社会的关注。每一个妇女知道自己怀孕以后，或多或少就会地开始为腹中宝宝担心受怕，都希望孕育个健康聪明的宝宝，但不懂得怎样应对腹中宝宝的成长的变化。 　　为了解决准妈妈们的困扰，我院从2007年6月起开办了公益性孕妇学校，在孕妇学校中开展了健康教育，让宝宝一出生就赢在起跑线上。 　　现将我院在孕妇学校中开展健康教育的做法与成效浅析如下： 　　1健康教育的内容 　　健康教育，就是有计划、有组织和系统地针对孕妇特定的生理、心理状况及妊娠各期护理要求等内容对孕妇进行科学的教育，以满足孕妇对围产保健知识的需求。孕妇健康教育的内容包括孕期、入院、分娩和产褥期4个阶段的连续性教育，使孕妇熟悉孕期身心保健的主要内容及意义、妊娠期的生理和心理变化及营养的需要、正常分娩过程和准备、正常产褥期的生理、心理变化及护理、产后计划生育方法的选择、住院的环境，了解、掌握或学会妊娠基础知识与保健、临产入院的指征、如何减轻产痛、分娩配合、不同的心理状况对分娩的影响、如何减少并发症、怎样在产褥期自身护理、哺乳和照顾新生儿及各种异常的早期识别及处理等。通过学习，可以使孕妇在认知、情绪和心理等方面不断进行自我调整，提高对分娩的应对能力。 　　2健康教育的方法 　　2.1师资配
