浅述基层医院药学服务认识与思考 　　【中图分类号】R978.1 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1672－3783(2011)07－0009－01 　　【摘要】目的：浅述基层医院药剂人员对药学服务的认识，和基层药剂人员又如何在新医改政策下实施药学服务，以不断提高药物的依从性及性价比。方法：与我县部分社区医院的药学人员进行信息交流、访谈，从中洞悉基层药学人员对药学服务的认知水平。结果：多数基层药学人员对药学服务认识肤浅，或仅仅片面的把药学服务等同于药品咨询。结论：基层医院药剂人员应进一步加强业务学习，不断提高自身素质，充分理解药学服务的内涵，积极参与临床诊疗活动，保证临床用药合理、安全、经济、有效。 　　【关键词】基层医疗机构；药学服务；认识与思考 　　 　　Light above the grass-roots knowledge of hospital pharmacy services and thinking 　　Dai hai zhou 　　【Abstract】Objective: A Brief primary hospital pharmacy staff awareness of pharmacy services, pharmacy staff and how the grassroots medical reform policy in the implementation of the new pharmacy services to continuously improve the drug compliance and cost-effective. Methods: The county part of the community hospital pharmacy personnel to exchange information and interviews, from which pharmacy staff insight into the grassroots level of knowledge of pharmaceutical care. Results: Most of the grass-roots awareness of pharmacy services, pharmacy staff superficial, or just one-sided equivalent of the pharmaceutical care pharmaceutical consulting. Conclusion: The primary hospital pharmacy staff should further strengthen the business to learn and constantly improve their own quality, fully understand the meaning of pharmacy services, and actively participate in clinical diagnosis and treatment activities to ensure that clinical drug reasonable, safe, economical and effective. 　　【Keywords】primary health care institutions; pharmacy services; knowledge and thinking 　　 　　药学服务是临床药学的更高层次，是以病人为中心的药学管理工作模式，是开展以合理用药为核心的临床药学工作，参与临床疾病的诊断、治疗，提供药学技术服务，提高医疗质量［1］。它是药师应用所知的药学专业知识向公众提供直接的、负责任的、与药物使用有关的药学技术服务，其主要内容包括：药学???护、药物监测、药物咨询、药学信息的收集和整理、药物治疗合理化方案的建议和设计、合理用药的疗效分析和成本分析等［2］。在二级以上的医院一般都已建立药事委员会，对本院的药事管理及药学服务都起到一定的积极作用。然而，基层医院的药剂人员对药学服务的认知程度如何？药学服务运行如何？在新医改政策下基层医院有将如何实践药学服务？笔者有意与我县部分社区医院的药学人员进行信息交流、访谈。以期从中洞悉基层药学人员对药学服务的认知水平，了解药学服务的运行状况。为基层医院的药学服务提出合理化建议。 　　1流调方法 　　笔者通过对我县部分社区医院的药剂人员进行正面接触、电话联系或QQ群聊讨论的方式进行信息采集。 　　2流调的内容 　　主要包括：药剂人员对药学服务定义的认知程度、药学服务的组织
