践行科学发展观 促进企业和谐发展 王海涛 2012年4月21日践行科学发展观 促进企业和谐发展 王海涛（新兴铸管股份有限公司焦化厂） 摘 要：科学发展观第一要义是发展，核心是以人为本，基本要求是全面协调可持续性，根本方法是统筹兼顾。本文首先从科学发展观，第一要务是发展；建立并完善企业制度，加强企业管理，实行岗位操作标准化、制度标准化；抓住机遇，不断进行结构调整，不断开拓市场三个方面对新兴铸管焦化厂坚持科学发展观，提高企业竞争力进行了论述。 发展是永恒的主题，和谐是人类发展亘古不变的目标，企业应该坚持科学发展观，聚精会神搞建设，一心一意谋发展，提高企业的核心竞争力，同时要围绕构建和谐企业，提高企业文化建设、打造与环境和谐相处的企业、与社会和谐发展的企业，全面提高企业的凝聚力。和谐内涵的本质是共同发展，只有关系和谐，才能实现共同发展。 关键词：科学发展观 以人为本 和谐发展 企业文化 Practicing the scientific outlook on development promote the harmonious development of enterprises Abstract: Scientific Outlook on development the first meaning is development, core is people-oriented, comprehensive coordination and sustainable development is the basic requirement, and overall consideration as its fundamental approach.
