AbstractAgriculturalmeteorologicalten-day,monthlyreportanddisasterreportarethemaintextmaterialofmeteorologicalservicesforagriculturethosearereliabilityandtimelinessdemanding.Weathersuchasscientificdataneedtobeprofessionalandtechnicalpersonnelfromallwalksoflifetospendalotofmanpowerandtimetowriteavaluableanalysismaterial,thesewordsnotonlycostalotofmanpower,materialandthewritersshouldhavegoodprofessionallevelandwritingability,urgentneedanefficientintelligentmaterialsdocumentserviceplatform.Manualeditingofagro-meteorologicalinformationdocumentsistime-consuming,laborious,andademandingprofession,underthesupportofmeteorologyGISplatform,Learnagro-meteorologicalexpertsystem,buildprofessionaltermvocabularyclassificationknowledgebaseandmodelbaseofagro-meteorologicalkeyfeaturetemporalandspatialexpressionsbasedontopologicaltheory,accordingtothetopologicalcorrelationoftheprofessionaltermvocabularyclassificationknowledgebaseandmodelbaseofagro-meteorologicalkeyfeaturetemporalandspatialexpressions,realizationofsummarystatisticsfromtheagro-meteorologicalobservationdata,quantitativeanalysis,chartgeneration,languageeditorofthewholeprocessautomatically,basicallyrealizedautomatedgenerationofagro-meteorologicalinformationdocuments.Theresearchresultsshowthattheautomaticallygeneratedismoreobjective,comprehensiveandspecific,accuratethanartificialwrite,onlyneedafewartificialpolishingwhichcanbeissued.Thusreducingthetimeandtechnicaldifficultiesofartificialwritingmaterialgreatly,andreducestheman-madesubjectivedeviation;Theself-learningfunctionoftherulesofagriculturalexpertsystemandthetechniqueofGISspatialanalysisandtopologyrelation,solvethetraditionalagriculturalmeteorologicalexpertsystemanalysisisnotcomprehensive,theshortcomingsofdataredundancy,greatlyenrichedthedocumentmaterial,strengthentheflexibilityoftheprofessionaltermrestructuringandillustratedeuqally;Thetechnologycanalsobeappliedtotraffic,electricitymeteorologicalweatherandgeologicalhazardmeteorologicalsupportservices,frommanyaspects,suc
