基于学校发展的教科研管理模式研究——以南京市××小学为例摘要近年来，随着教育事业科学发展的需要，“教科研”已渐成为不少学校寻求发展——“科研兴教”、“科研兴校”的理智选择。人们对教科研的认识正从模糊走向明 确，教科研工作逐步走向规范，研究队伍壮大。教科研成为衡量一所学校办学质量 的重要指标，体现该校的发展空间和潜力。笔者来自教育一线，多年从事学校教科研及其具体管理工作。笔者深知，在学 校工作中，要真正把教科研摆到适当位置上，克服各种众所周知的不良现象（如“假 大空”、“狭泛套”之类），并非易事。对于普通的小学而言，如何基于学校健康发展——和谐发展、可持续发展，在各项工作中保障教科研积极作用发挥，是相关管理 者无法回避的。这一方面对教科研工作本身的质量提出更高要求，另一方面也提出 了教科研管理的科学化问题。毋庸置疑，要使学校健康发展，离不开教科研工作本 身的改善，离不开教科研科学管理的支撑。不断地优化教科研管理，是推动教科研 上水平、学校升台阶的必由之路。“模式化”是现代人类找到的行之有效解决某/view/2390.htm类问 题的方法论。为此，笔者开始关注教科研的管理问题，并对其“模式”展开试探性 思考。本论文及其研究是实践寻求理论支持、理论学习联系实际工作的过程/结果。通 过对笔者所在单位教科研工作所遇到实际问题并以其具体内容为对象进行研究。笔 者初步提出学校教科研管理的若干模式，它们包括“课题统帅-引领模式”、“教研优 化-整合模式”、“以人为本-成长模式”、“数字化一站通-教科研网络管理模式”等。 这些模式，各有其自身的内涵和指向，而其名称则是就其特征而初步概括的。通常 情形下，某个学校总是习惯或是以其中的一两种模式为主，同时渗透着其它模式的 意蕴。本课题研究，就其理论旨趣来说，试图通过深化对教科研管理模式的研究， 为学校管理者提供某种理念和方法论指导，从而不断提高教师的教育科研能力；就 其实践旨趣来说，试图通过改善管理方式，有效解决教科研管理工作中的实际问题， 从而促进教师进而促进学生发展，为学校健康发展提供保障。关键词：教科研管理；课题引领模式；教研整合模式；人本成长模式；数字化 网络模式IThe study of teaching and scientific research management mode:Insights from the school development— take Nangjing××primary school for exampleAbstractIn recent years, upon the need of scientific development of education cause, the mode of teaching plus scientific research has gradually become many schools choice, which means scientific research accelerates both teaching and the development of school.
