AbstractPerformanceEvaluationoflistedcompaniescanprovidedecisionmakerswithalotofusefulinformation,andiscurrentlyahotissueofManagementStudies.Throughthecomputersystemtoestablishascientific,rationalandeffectiveperformanceevaluationsystemoflistedcompaniesisakeylinktoestablishlong-termmechanismofevaluationoftheperformanceoflistedcompanies.Astheleadingenterprisesoftherealestateindustry,thebuildingmaterialsenterprisesintherealestateindustryhasanimportantpositionandrole,andrepresentativesofthecomprehensivestrengthoftheindustry,itsdevelopmentreflectthewholepictureoftheindustryasawhole.Throughtheperformanceevaluationoflistedbuildingmaterialscompaniesanalysis,wefoundproblemsinitsoperations,andwillhelptoimprovetheoverallcompetitivenessoftheenterprisesbuildingmaterialsmarket.Inthispaper,34listedcompaniesinbuildingmaterialsofShanghaiandShenzhenA-sharemarketarethestudysamples,buildingmaterialslistingCorporationperformanceevaluationindexsystemonthebasisofintroducingthetheoryofdomesticandforeignenterprisesperformanceevaluation.ThroughtherelevantfinancialdatacollectionandapplicationoffactoranalysisaswellasthesoftwareofSPSS17.0,toourcountrybuildingmaterialslistingCorporationperformancein-depthstudy,hasintegratedsortandsomeusefulstatisticalevaluationofresults,andthecombinationofqualitativeandquantitativeanalysis.Atthesametimeonthebasisofthis,putforwardtopromotebuildingmaterialslistingCorporationthehealthyandfastdevelopmentsuggestion.Keywords:factoranalysisbuildingmaterialsindustrylistedcompaniesperformanceevaluation目录摘要.................................................IABSTRACT.................................................II1绪论1.1选题背景与意义...............................................................................(1)1.2文献综述............................................................................................(2)1.3研究思路和方法...............................................................................(6)1.4研究内容及创新之处................................................................
