ABSTRACTInnovationistheinexhaustibleforceofnationalprosperity;whileindustrialtechnologicalinnovationisthedecisivefactorofnationalindustrialdevelopmentandeconomicgrowth.Chinasindustrialtechnologicallevelisnothighandindustrialtechnologicalinnovationcapabilityisnotstrong,whichmakesChinaattachesgreatimportancetotheimprovementofindustrialtechnologicalinnovationcapability.Enterprisesarethecoreforceoftechnologicalinnovation,theenterprises’innovationcapabilityisthekeyfactortoimproveindustrialtechnologicalinnovation,andintroduction-modetechnologicalleapfroggingisaneffectivewayfortheenterprisestoimproveinnovationcapability.Theresearchofimprovementofindustrialtechnologicalinnovationbasedonintroduction-modetechnologicalleapfrogginghelpstoperfecttheresearchsystemofimprovementpathofindustrialtechnologicalinnovationcapabilityintheoryandhelpstoexploreapracticalpathfromenterprises’realizingintroduction-modetechnologicalleapfroggingtoindustry’simprovingtechnologicalinnovationcapabilityinpractice.Withtheresearchmethodsofliteraturesurveys,questionnaires,expertsurveys,structuralequationmodelingandempiricalanalysis,thedissertationsummarizesandanalyzesthepresentresearchconditionsoftechnologicalleapfroggingtheory,technologyspillovertheoryandindustrialtechnologicalinnovationcapabilitytheory;studiesthedefinition,thecriteria,thethree-stagestructure,andtherealizingconditionofenterprises’introduction-modetechnologicalleapfrogging;proposestheprocessionpathofenterprises’introduction-modetechnologicalleapfroggingandconstructsevaluationindexsystemtoevaluateintroduction-modetechnologicalleapfroggingcapacityofthelargeandmedium-sizedenterprisesofhigh-techindustriesfrom31provinces(municipalitiesandautonomousregions)inChina;basedontransnationalcompanies’FDIeffect—demonstrationeffect,competitioneffectandtalentsfloweffect,pointsoutthatduringandaftertheenterprisesrealizeintroduction-modetechnologicalleapfrogging,dominanttechnologyspilloverandimplicittechnologyspilloverariseamongtheenterprisesinthesameindus
