AbstractAgrowingnumberoflistedcompaniesChoosedividendpolicyofstockdividentsandstocksplitsinChina,thisphenomenonismoreprominentintheGEM.Thisarticlefocusesonthephenomenon,CombinedwiththedevelopmentofthetheoryofdividendpolicyinChinaandabroad.onthebasisofourresearch,analysiswhythisbehaviorsaresofavored,andhowthetheoryaffectsthecompanysdecision-making.Usestockpricegrowthrateasexplanatoryvariables,theratioofthestockdividentsandstocksplitssizeasthemainexplanatoryvariables,thispaperanalysisthechangeofpricebeforeandafterthestockdividentsandstocksplitsinGEMlistedcompaniesinChinafromtheendof2010toJune,2011.ThispaperuseregressionmodeltotostudytheeffectsonthetheoreticalofGEMlistedcompaniessstockdividentsandstocksplits.Theempiricalresultsshowthattheratioofthestockssizeandstockpricegrowthrateswerepositivelycorrelated.Comparedwiththecompanydonotdividentsorsplitsstock,companysstockpricewillsignificantlyimprove.Andthehigherratiok,thehigherstockpricegrowth.OurempiricalresultsshowthatbeforeorafterRegistrationdayofdividentsorsplitsstock,therearesignificantchangesinstockpricesinthelistedcompanies,somarketinvestorswillconsiderthisasgoodnews.DuetotheexistenceoftheboundedrationalityofinvestorsaswellasHerdbehaviorandotherfactors,moreandmoreinvestorswillprefertodividentsorsplitsstockcompany.Therefore,thecompanymanagerswillbeappropriatetodividentsorsplitsstocktomeettheneedsofinvestors,toraisemorefundsforthecompany,toobtaingreaterbenefitsforshareholders,andtoprepareforthefurtherdevelopmentofthecompany.Keywords:GrowthEnterpriseMarketListedcompanyCateringTheoryStockDividentsandStockSplitsEmpiricalResearch目录1绪论··················································································11.1研究问题的提出·································································11.2国内外现状的评述······························································12迎合理论与送转股的理论分析·················································82.1股利迎合理论的内容····························································82.2迎合理论对公司决策的影响·········
