RESEARCHOFSUPPLYCHAINRISKMANAGEMENTSTRATEGIESBASEDONBUSINESSINTERRUPTIONINSURANCEABSTRACTAsthetrendofsupplychainglobalizationandleanmanagementdevelopingfast,thenetworkofsupplychainismoreandmorecomplex.Meanwhile,thevulnerabilityofsupplychainbecomesanessentialnegativefactorthataffectstheefficiencyofsupplychain.Oncethere’sanunexpectedincidenthappeningtoacertainnodeinthenetwork,notonlythenodeitself,butalsoothernodesrelatedwillbeaffectedwhenthenegativeeffectdeliveringbythenetwork.Supplychainriskmanagementistogivestrategiesandsolutionstargetingtothosepotentialrisks,andbusinessinterruptioninsuranceisoneofthosesolutionstotransferriskstoinsurancecompanies.Itisanimportantriskmanagementtoolthathasbeenwidelyusedintheworldnow.Expectedprofitmodelsareestablishedbasedonalimitedtimehorizonwithwhethertopurchaseinsuranceandthemanufacturer’sinventorylevelasdecisionvariables,wheninterruptionhappenstothesupplier.Penaltycostisusedtoquantifytheindirectlostcausedbytheriskevent.Acompensateratioisintroducedintothemodelstorevealtheextrainterestsbesidesthecurrencybenefitacompanygetswhenbusinessinterruptioninsuranceispurchased.Optimizedinventorylevelisanalyzedcombinedwithinsurancepurchasingstrategyaccordingtodifferentinterruptionprobabilities.Whentheexpectedprofitsandoptimizedinventorylevelunderthescenerieswithbusinessinterruptioninsuranceandwithoutarecompared,conclusionscomeoutasthatundersomeconditions,businessinterruptioninsurancecanelevatecompany’scomprehensivevalueandsubstituteinventorytosomeextent.Furtherresearchesaredonewhenconclusionsareexpandedtothewholesupplychain.Andariskpoolingmodelisestablishedtodemonstratethatcompaniespurchasinginterruptioninsurancecanreachadoublewinresultwhencooperatingwitheachother.KEYWORDS:Supplychain,riskmanagement,businessinterruptioninsurance,shared-interest目录第一章绪论...................................................................................................................11.1研究背景及研究意义.......................................................................
