AbstractThetechniqueofthree-dimensionalfluorescencespectrumcanshowfluorescentinformationanditsmoresensitiveandmultiplicationselectivityletitwidelyused.Inthispaper,onthebasisofthefluorescencespectroscopyformaterialidentificationtheory,Wedesignthesoftwareandthehardwaresystemfortheidentificationoftoxicityalgaeandthehemolyticactivity,Thisworkhasagreatsignificanceintheredtidewarning,planktonfluorescenceanalysis,algaemeasureautomation。Firstthisarticleelaboratedthesuperiorityofthethree-dimensionalfluorescencespectroscopyandthelimitationsofthetraditionalfluorescencespectroscopytechnology.Thenweanalyzetherealisticsignificanceofthealgaerecognitiondevicedesignbythreedimensionalfluorescencespectratechnique.Alsowestudiedthestatusandthedevelopmentoffluorescencespectroscopyinthefieldofredtidealgaerecognitionbothathomeandabroadindetail.Secondly,weselectthetypicaltoxicalgaeandnon-toxicityalgae,uitivelyweobtainedthefactthattwo-dimensionalfluorescencespectraoftwospeciesofalgaewerenotthisresolutionandthree-dimensionalfluorescencespectracanberesolvedconclusion.Thenwedesignthehardwareplatform:buildlaboratoryfluorescenceexcitationandthedetectionsystem,comprisingalightsourcedeviceselection,structureandtheshapeoftheexcitationwavelengthselection,lightpathcoupling,fluorescentprobe,matchingschemecomparisonandselectionofdifferentfluorescenceexcitationlightsource,laserlightsourceanddetectionsystem.Theweaksignaldetectionandprocessing,circuitdesignandsystemcontrol.DesignthewholesoftwarebasedonVC6.0,includingcommunicationwiththehardwaresystemthroughtheUSBinterfaceandtheaccessdatabasedesign.Finally,weverifythefunctionalreliabilityofthesoftwareandhardwaresystembasedonknownalgalspecies.Selectalargenumberoftestsamplesforexperiment,weobtainedthereliabilitydataofthedesignedsystemandthereasonofthelowreliabilityofexperiment.Keywords:toxicalgae;three-dimensionalfluorescence;systemdesign目录1绪论....................................................................................................................11
