innovationabilityandtheabilitytoadapttothefuturesociety.Teachersmusthaveanewteachingideaandconcept.Teacherscanchangetheirteachingmethods,inordertochangestudentslearningstyle,soastopromotetheoveralldevelopmentofstudents.Throughteachingpractice,ithasprovedthatinthebackgroundofthenewcurriculum,theseniorhighschoolchemistryteachingdesignwhichisundertheguidanceoftheconceptofeffectiveteachingcancorrectstudentslearningattitudes,stimulatestudents’motivationoflearningchemistry.Andinthisway,studentswillbemoreinterestedinlearningchemistryandchangetheirbadchemistrylearninghabits.Thispaperismainlydividedintothefollowingsixparts:PartI:Backgroundandsignificanceoftheresearch.Ifchemistryteacherswanttomakeeffectiveteachingdesignandimplementeffectivechemistryteaching,theyshouldfirstunderstandtheconceptofthenewcurriculumideasandestablishascientificandcorrectteachingconcepts,consideringthebasisofthecharacteristicsandlawsofchemistryteaching.Itisquiteimportanttoimproveteachingefficiency,toreachthecurriculumgoals,toraisethescientificliteracyofstudents,andtopromotetheoveralldevelopmentofstudents.PartII:Currentsituationandexistingproblems.AnewroundofcurriculumreformhashadagreatimpacttochemistryteachinginJiangsuProvince.Italsohasappearedalotofproblemsintheclassroomteachingprocess.Suchasclassesreduction,increasingcontent,teachers’badgrasptoteachingmaterial,thepoorimplementofeducationconcept,experimentalteachingweakening.Alltheseproblemsshouldarousechemistryteachers’attention.PartIII:Theoreticalbasisoftheresearch.Basedontheeffectiveteachingtheory,multipleintelligencestheory,constructivismtheory,instructionaldesigntheory,theauthorstartstoresearchclassroominstructionaldesign.PartIV:Overviewofinstructionaldesignbasedoneffectiveteachingtheory.Throughdocumentation,theauthorlearnsthegeneralprinciplesofteachingdesign,combingwiththenewcurriculumteachingidea,teachingcontentandobjectivesofnewchemicalcurriculum,learners’learningfoundationanddevelopmentgoals,thenconstructtheeffectiveteachingdesignmodel.Part
