万方数据 万方数据 中文摘要 全球经济结构调整以及随之而来的国际油价的剧烈震荡，以致油价大幅降 低，极大的挤压了依靠石油而生存的企业的利润空间，使得整体油田服务行业 面临前所未有的挑战，各大油田服务企业为了生存，以及更好的生存与获得更 广阔的生存空间，不断的完善优化自身，进而为争取到更大的市场份额增添筹 码，这一切使得油田服务的市场竞争日趋白热化。 本文以斯伦贝谢（天津）采油机械有限公司为例，由背景着手切入，分析 了国际原油市场的环境，逐步延伸至油田服务行业的整体生存环境，进而归纳 总结出本案例公司所处行业的生存状态。 这篇文章放弃平时常用的定量分析方法进行研究，却采用了不太时髦定性 分析方法，即扎根理论的使用。通过扎根理论在本案例的运用、分析，力求推 陈出新，更加准确的找出斯伦贝谢（天津）采油机械有限公司供应链的存在的 问题，随后针对发现的问题，进行梳理与提出相关的解决方案，以期获得良好 的改进效果。 本文结合作者的实际工作经验，通过对本案例公司供应链的存在的问题分 析，结合该公司保有的历史数据分析，力图从实际出发并结合所学的供应链管 理理论，整理出一套可行的供应链改进方案，并将该方案付诸实施，是本文具 有更强的实际使用价值。根据此次的研究，将此改进方案推广至全球斯伦贝谢， 增强斯伦贝谢的全球竞争力。 关键词： 供应链；扎根理论；油田服务 ABSTRACT The global economic restructuring and the consequent sharp fluctuations in international oil prices, so that oil prices sharply lower, and squeezing the enterprises profit space, which depend on oil to survival. These led to the overall oilfield services facing the challenge which is never done or known before .In order to survive and gain the better survival living space, the oilfield service enterprise have to improve and optimize themselves continuously, and then to occupy greater market share to add chips. All this causes that the oil services market has become increasingly heated. In this thesis, for example Schlumberger (Tianjin) Artificial Lift Company Ltd, beginning to study from the background and analyzing of the international crude oil market environment, then extending to the oilfield services industry’s overall living environment step by step, and summarizes the survival of the state of the oilfield services industry for Schlumberger (Tianjin) Artificial Lift Company Ltd. This thesis abandoned the previous research methods, which is always using quantitative research methods, instead of using the qualitative research methods, namely grounded theory. Through the using and analyzing by grounded theory in this case, it seeks innovation, and more accurately identifies the problems in the supply chain in Schlumberger (Tianjin) Artificial Lift Company Ltd .Then according to the pro
