thehelpofMatlab7.0simulationsoftware,theleast-squaretwo-dimensionalandthree-dimensionalnodeslocalizationalgorithmswereprogrammed.Afternodeslocalizationsimulations,itverifiesthefeasibilityofextendingtwo-dimensionaltothree-dimensionalfortheleast-squarelocalizationtheory.Athree-dimensionallocalizationalgorithmbasedonLSSVRisproposedforthesituationthattheclassicalleast-squarealgorithmiseasilyinfluencedbyrangingerrorbetweennodesanditspooradaptabilityindifferentenvironments.Agreatdealofresearcheshasbeencarriedoutfortheoptimizingprocessofparametersofkernelfunction,meshwidthoforientedarea,whicharecontainedinLSSVR3DNL.Itproposesmethodofexhaustionwhichiscombinedwithpracticalexperience,usingtheMatlab7.0simulationthealgorithm.SimulationresultsshowthattheparametersobtainedbythismethodmaketheLSSVR3DNLachievehighlocalizationaccuracy.Thewirelesssensornetworkpositioningexperimentinrealenvironmentwasmadeafterdoinglotsoftheoreticalanalysisandsimulationanalysis,andconductedanexperimentforLSSVR3DNL.Alocalizationerrorratelessthan10%wasgotten.Thisalgorithmshowsagoodpracticaleffectsandvalue.ThispaperprovidesregressionanalysisandcomparisononthesetwokindsofnodeslocalizationalgorithmsinordertodemonstratethesuperiorityofLSSVR3DNLoverLS3DNL.TheregressionanalysisindicatesthatthelocalizationerrorofLS3DNLismoreorlesslinearwithnodesrangingerror,whiletherelationshipbetweenthelocalizationerrorofLSSVR3DNLandnodesrangingerrorisnonlinear.Thecomparisonshowsthatthelocalizationerrorsobtainedbythetwokindsoflocalizationalgorithmsundertheenvironmentofsmallnodesrangingerroraresimilar.However,whenthenodesrangingerrorisover16%,LSSVR3DNLcangreatlyimprovelocalizationaccuracywithanaveragereductionof25%oflocalizationerror,sometimeseventoanutmostof50%,comparedwiththetraditionalLSlocalizationalgorithm.Tosumup,thepaperintegratesthetheoreticalstudy,simulationanalysisandexperimentalvalidationtomakeadeepresearchonnodesself-localizationtechnologyinWSN.ThenewLSSVR3DNLproposedinthispaperhasstrongadaptabilitytotheenvironment.N
