Technological determinism seeds produced in the industrial development period, and social constructionism technological determinism arising among criticism. Foreign scholars in both theory has been debated for decades, in a talk past each other, critique each others state. Chinese scholars have support and opponents of the two theories that the two theories in opposition state who occupy the mainstream, while domestic scholars on the relationship between the two theories is not rich.
