摘要我国第八次基础教育课程改革从 2001 年至今已有十个年头，随着课改的推 进我们发现，新课程改革成功与否，与教师的素质息息相关。教师知识是教师 素质的核心内容，教师知识对新课程改革有重要意义。在新课程实施中教师应 具备哪些知识以适应新课改的要求？而这些教师目前的知识状况又是怎样的情 况？笔者带着以上问题对教师知识进行理论建构，并对学校教师的知识现状进 行调查，以期寻求教师知识现状与新课程的要求尚存在的差距，提出完善教师 知识的措施，以促进新课改的顺利实施。在此背景下，为了了解当前教师知识的实际情况。本文采用文献分析法， 对国内外大量有关教师知识研究和探讨的资料进行分析，从教师的学科专业知 识、一般教育理论知识、学科教学知识、课程知识四个方面探讨。之后以济宁 市中区两所小学作为样本进行研究，对 120 名教师进行问卷调查、对其中的 20名教师进行访谈、并以 4 位教师为主进行课堂观察。那么通过调查结果分析当 前教师知识存在的现状如何呢？其一是学科专业知识基本达标，但专业素养缺 乏；其二是一般教育理论知识没有得到充分利用，还是基于教师经验的积累； 其三是学科教学知识重在形式而不在实质；其四是课程知识严重缺乏，教师课 程意识淡薄。出现这些原因是多方面的，本文主要从两方面进行分析，一是职 前教师教育；二是职后教师培训和教师自身教育。针对当前教师知识现状，我 们面临的任务调整职前教育专业的课程结构以适应课程改革需要；职后采取有 力途径促进教师知识的发展。才能更好的培养教师，使其成为课程改革的参与 者，而不是旁观者。关键词： 新课程改革； 教师知识AbstractIn the 8th education curriculum reform based from 2001 has been ten years, along with the class changes propulsion we found that the new curriculum reform, and the success is closely related teachers quality.
