Also, the paper discusses the protective mechanism ofYiqihuoxue drugs in curing incomplete blood of bureau cooking stove nature brain.Methods: the experiment starts among 84 healthy SD rats (42males and 42 females)after one-week- long adaptive feeding. Firstly, according to their weight and theprinciple of similar behavioral score, the experimental rats are randomly divided into7 groups of 12, namely, sham operation group, model group, Huang Qi combinedChuanxiongqin group (treatment group), and the last two groups are further dividedinto 3 groups:last 6h,12h,24h time the brain lacks for blood. Then, beginning withQixuxueyu model for 10 days. On the 11th days of experiment, sham operation groupand mode groups were given intraperitoneal injection of saline, 2ml/ only;Huang Qiand Chuanxiongqin injection groups were given Huang Qi 7.2g/kg, intraperitonealinjection; Chuanxiongqin 18.0mg/kg, intraperitoneal injection. Focal cerebralischemia, respectively, before surgery and preoperative 12h 30min each injection of 1,after a further injection of 1 every 12h until the last group of rats were killed. If focalcerebral ischemia models successful, then score the rats’neurological behavior afterthe rats are awakened, and take brain samples at 6h,12h,24h respectively, and analyzethe Cx43 expression by immunohistochemical method.Result: Huang Qi combined Chuanxiongqin injection can reduce cerebral ischemia inCx43 gap junction
