社会支持在大学生人格特质和人际关系困扰间中介作用 　　【摘要】 目的 考察社会支持在大学生人格特质和人际关系困扰间的中介作用。 方法 采用 人际关系综合诊断量表、艾森克人格问卷简式量表中国版（EPQ-RSC）、社会支持评定量表 对300名大学生进行测查。并运用SPSS13.0 统计软件包进行方差分析、相关分析和中介效应 检验。结果 人际交谈困扰存在城乡和性别的交互作用以及城乡、性别和独 生/非独生三者 的交互作用；人际交友困扰存在性别和独生/非独生的交互作用；待人接物困扰、异性交往 困扰存在显著的性别主效应；内外向通过主观支持、支持利用度间接影响交谈困扰、交友困 扰；神经质通过利用度间接影响交谈困扰、交际与交友困扰、待人接物困扰。 结论社会支持的不同维度在大学生人格特质和人际关系困扰间存在中介作用。 　　【关键词】 人格特质；社会支持；人际关系困扰；大学生 　　 　　Mediating Role of Social Support in Personality and Interpersonal Disturbances i n College Students.Kong Wei, Shi Feifei, Li Jianwei. Faculty of Educatio n, Qufu Normal University, Qufu 273165, P.R.China 　　【Abstract】 Objective To study the mediating role of social support i n personal ity and interpersonal disturbances in college students. Methods Interpersonal Re lationgship Diagnostic Questionnaire, EPQ-RSC and SSRS were used to survey 300 c ollege students. Results obtained by methods of ANOVA, correlation analysis andmediating effects test. Results There was interaction on the i nterpersonal disturbance of talking with others between the areas and gender,andamong the areas, gender and the single child or multi-child; there was interac tion on the interpersonal disturbance of making-friends in gender and single chi ld or multi-child; there was significant difference of gender on interpersonaldisturance of treating others in proper way and of getting along with opposite g ender; subjective support and utilization of support are mediators between extra version andthe interpersonal disturbance of talking with others and making-friends; utili z ation of support is a mediator between neuroticism and the interpersonal disturb ance of talking with others making-friends and treating others in proper way.
