胃肠道间质瘤CT影像诊断探讨 　　【摘要】目的:探讨胃肠道间质瘤的CT影像特征。方法:对2003年12月～2008年6月收住院的胃肠道间质瘤患者 ,经CT诊断并与手术病理结果比较。结果:经CT检出胃肠道间质瘤患者35 例, 经手术和(或)病理检查, 30例相符,应用CT诊断胃肠道间质瘤的准确性为85.7%。结论: CT是一种检查方便、迅速的诊断手段,易为患者接受;且具有密度分辨力高、图像清晰,使被检组织解剖关系更加明确等优点, 提高了病变的发现率,对胃肠道间质瘤有重要诊断价值,值得临床推广使用。? 【关键词】胃肠道;间质瘤;CT;影像 　　 　　Gastrointestinal stromal tumor CT imaging diagnosis 　　HUANGLv?hui 　　【Abstract】objective: gastrointestinal stromal tumor CT imaging features.
