贫困农村地区体育高考学生术科考试心理应激因素调查 　　摘 要: 采用谭先明运动员心理应激量表,对江西地区来自偏远贫困农村的体育高考生 进行术科考试心理应激因素调查。结果表明:比赛失利因子均分值最高,且男、女生存在显 著性差异。男生除在比赛失利因子上的均分低于女生外,其他均高于女生。各因子均分值存 在高低差别,日常生活遭遇,内外压力等因子明显高于其它因子,但无显著性别差异。结论 :贫困农村体育高考生心理应激因素以比赛失利最为显著,并存在性别差异;内外压力因子 中以对自己身体状况感觉不好的单因素分值最高;在日常生活遭遇因子中严重失眠影响考试 的单因素分值最高。其原因与这些考生生活的社会环境、基础教育和他们对高考“龙门一跃 ”的极高期望值等关系密切;是值得社会关注的群体。 　　关键词:体育高考生;贫困农村;心理应激 　　中图分类号:G804.85文献标识码:A文章编 号:1007-3612(2010)05-0083-04 　　 　　An Analysis on Psychological Stress of the Gymnastic Candidat es from Poor Rural Areas in ?Sport?Related Exams 　　SHA Hai?yan 　　(P.E College of Jiangxi Normal University, Nanchang 330027, Ji angxi China) 　　Abstract: Based on Tan Xian?ming’s psychological stress scale for athletes, thi s paper makes an investigation and analysis on psychological stress of the gymna stic candidates from poor rural areas in Jiangxi province in professional sport ? related exams. The results show that the game losing factor ranks the highest i nthe mean score and there is a significant difference between the scores of maleand female students. The mean scores of other factors also have difference. B utthere is no significant difference between genders, and the mean scores of the 　　factors of life experience and internal and external stress are remarkably highe r than other factors. Except game losing factors, males have higher scores in a l l the other factors. Conclusion: Game losing factor is the most significant fac t or of psychological stress. Negative feeling in the internal and external facto r s has the highest individual score. Severe insomnia has the highest score in th eindividual factors of life experience affecting the performance in examination .The reason is closely related to the social environment, basic education and hi gh expectations to their college entrance examination.
