高原驻训官兵心率变异性改变分析 　　[摘 要] 目的：探索官兵心率变异性（HRV）评分与高原驻训变量的相关关系，摸清高原驻训官兵的身心平衡规律，为高原驻训军事工作提供参考。方法：随机抽取某部队89名官兵为调查对象，使用《生理相干与自主平衡系统》（SPCS）进行HRV的“事前-事后”测评。结果：进驻高原前，官兵总体HRV得分为51.708±15.707；进驻高原后为54.505±14.264。总体改变值（后-前）为2.797±21.358，符合正态分布。排除了年龄和军衔的作用（P0.05）。单位变量对HRV改变值存在影响（线性回归P=0.001 　　[关键词] 高原；国防；官兵；HRV；人口变量 　　[Abstract] Objective to explore the relation between the score of heart rate variability (HRV) of officers and soldiers and the variables of training in plateau; to provide suggestions for military training in plateau based on the balance law of body and heart of officers and soldiers in plate
