关于土地变更一致性核查技术探讨 　　摘要： 为准确掌握2011年度全国土地利用变化情况，在二次调查及2010年度全国土地变更调查工作基础上，采用卫星遥感等技术手段，在全国范围内开展2011年度土地变更调查与遥感监测工作，更新土地调查数据库。本文简要介绍了辽宁省以测绘技术为先导，采用内外业相结合的方法，逐一核实确认疑问图斑的地类，修改完善县级土地调查数据库，在作业方法和技术手段上进行了分析和探讨。 　　关键词：土地变更；遥感；监测；更新；核查 　　Abstract: for accurately mastering 2011 annual national land use change survey and 2010 in the second annual national land change survey based on the satellite remote sensing technology in the nationwide in 2011 annual land change survey and remote sensing monitoring work, update the land survey database.
