洛赛克MUPS 10mg 对健康成人24小时胃内pH的影响 李兆申 许国铭 邹多武 尹宁 程能能 [摘要] 目的 探讨小剂量奥美拉唑（洛赛克片剂10mg）对健康成人24小时胃内pH变化的影响。方法 利用Digitrapper MK III 动态pH临侧仪观察12例健康志愿者24小时胃内pH变化节律，次日晨8时口服洛赛克MUPS10mg，并复查24小时胃内pH监测。经过1周清洗期后，其中11例受试者再予以洛赛克MUPS10mg，每日1次，连续6天，并于第6天复查24小时胃内pH监测。 结果 洛赛克10mg顿服后, 24小时胃内pH中位值为1.0升高1.2, 24小时胃内平均pH值, pH3总时间百分比、pH4总时间百分比及pH5总时间百分比分别由1.56±0.34、18.44±7.55%、12.05±6.10%、6.89±4.40%升高至2.18±0.65 (P0.01)、34.40±12.37%（P0.01）、 23.58±10.59% (P0.01) 及13.58±8.36% （P0.05）。洛赛克片剂10mg, 每日1次，连续6天，24小时胃内pH中位值升高至3.2，24小时胃内平均pH值、pH3总时间百分比、pH4总时间百分比及pH5总时间百分比分别升高至4.30±1.61, 59.21±21.37%,48.13±23.24% 及36.85±22.62%。均显著高于服药前（P0.01）及洛赛克MUPS 10mg 顿服（P0.01）。 结论 洛赛克10mg 片剂亦有较强的抑制胃酸分泌作用。 [关键词] 胃内pH 洛赛克 人类 The effect of lowe dose omepazole – Losec MUPS 10mg on 24-hour intragastric pH in health human subjects Li Zhaoshen, Xu Guoming, Zou Douwu, et al. Methods 24-hour intragastric pH monitoring was caried out in 12 healthy volunteers by means of Digitrapper MK III ambulatory pH monitor. The next day 10mg Losec MUPS was given to every volunteer orally at 8:00 o’clock and 24-hour intragastric pH monitoring was repeated. Afer one week’s washout, 11 of the subjects received Losec MUPS 10mg each day for 6 days. At the sixth day, 24-hour intragastric pH monitoring was carried out.
