太阳能热水器智能制系统设计.docx

摘 要 如今，热水器成为人们生活中必不可少的一样居家用品，其中电热水器使用费用昂贵，燃气热水器使用不安全，都给人们带来了困扰，而太阳能热水器有效的解决了这些问题。同时绿色环保，使用方便，顺应了时代发展要求，满足了人们对环保产品的使用需求。目前，中国太阳能热水器产量为世界第一，有一百多家太阳能热水器生产产商，但是，相关配套设施功能并不完善，尚停留在温度水位显示层次，而本设计则做到了真正的控制，本设计基于STC89C51单片机采用LCD1602显示，DS18B20防水探头测温，不仅能在显示器上显示当前温度和设置的温度上下限，按键还可以设置水温的控制范围，并在超出温度范围时报警，做到安全与智能。本文第一章介绍了太阳能热水器的研究现状以及发展意义，第二章主要介绍了本系统的整体结构，第三章介绍硬件电路的方案选择以及设计，第四章为软件设计部分，第五章为调试。关键词：太阳能热水器；单片机；温度设置ABSTRACTNowadays, the water heater as household products become indispensable in peoples life, the electric water heater is to expensive and gas water heater is unsafe,it has brought troubled to people, and the solar energy water heater solve these problemseffectively. At the same time, the solar water is a environmental protection product and it’s easy to use,the solar water conform the development requirement of our life,it meet people’s using requirements of environmental protection product. At present, Chinas solar water heater production is the most of the world, there are more than one hundred solar water heater production, but the relevant supporting facilities is not complete, still stays in the water temperature display level, and this design is the real control can be achieved, but the design is based on STC89C51 microcontroller using LCD1602 display, DS18B20 waterproof probe temperature measurement, not only can display the current temperature and setting temperature on the display on the floor, the keys can also set the water temperature control, alarm and beyond the temperature range, security and intelligence.
