本科毕业论文 题目： 建筑工程造价动态管理研究 学 院: 资源与环境工程学院 专 业: 建筑经济管理 学 号: 014908201114 学生姓名: 指导教师: 王平 日 期: 2011年 月 摘 要 工程造价管理是针对工程项目的建设，运用技术、经济及法律、合同等手段，通过对项目建设全过程中工程造价的预测、优化、控制、分析、监督等，从而获得资源的最优配置和建设项目的最大投资效益。随着我国工程造价管理改革的不断深化和加入WO对市场化的推进，我国工程造价管理体制、计价定位模式逐步与国际惯例接轨。摆脱了建国初期计划经济下的定额静态管理，迈进了动态管理的新时代，我国的经济发展和体制得到了根本的转变。同时业主也对工程投资效益愈加重视，对工程造价行业提出了全方位、全过程的工程项目控制管理。根据我国建筑工程造价管理现状及存在问题，结合工程造价管理实际,针对项目建设的决策阶段、设计阶段、招投标阶段、施工阶段、竣工验收阶段提出了进行动态管理的具体措施。 关键词：建筑工程；工程造价管理；动态管理；全过程管理 Abstract Construction Cost Management is the project of construction, the use of technical, economic and legal, contractual and other means, through the whole process of project construction in the project cost prediction, optimization, control, analysis, and supervision so as to attain the optimal allocation of resources and the largest construction project investment returns.
