毕业设计（论文）说明书 课题名称： xx垃圾发电厂污水站设计 摘 要： 垃圾渗滤液的处理，在目前对于绝大多数的垃圾填埋场及污水厂来说，都是个棘手的问题。与普通的市政污水相比，垃圾渗滤液的产量虽然少，但是其污染物种类复杂，且浓度相当高，COD常超过40000mg/L。对于这类污染物浓度极高的有机废水，仅靠单一的厌氧或好氧法无法得到理想的效果，甚至会使反应单元无法正常运转。本次设计针对xx垃圾发电厂的渗滤液进行，污水处理站所采用的为目前比较主流的厌氧后接好氧工艺来处理垃圾渗滤液。厌氧反应器采用升流式厌氧污泥床UASB（Up-flow Anaerobic Sludge Bed），该工艺具有较高的有机物负荷能力，在进水COD浓度很高的情况下也能正常进行消化反应，但其出水的COD比较高，同时氨氮含量也相当大，不能直接排放，需要增设好氧反应单元，进一步降低出水COD并除去氨氮。好氧系统采用膜-生物反应器MBR（Membrane Bio-Reactor），该工艺是一种由膜分离单元与生物处理单元相结合的新型水处理技术。污水经过MBR反应器后水质可达到3级排放标准，然后排入市政污水处理厂做进一步的处理。 关键词： 渗滤液； 膜生物； 上流式流化床； 高浓度； 消化  ABSTRACT Landfill leachate treatment is a thorny issue for most of the sewage treatment plant and the landfill in the present.Compared with ordinary municipal sewage,although less leachate production, but the types of pollutants complex, and high concentrations,COD often more than 40000mg / L!For such a high concentration of organic pollutants in wastewater,only by a single anaerobic process or aerobic process can not get the desired results,even the reaction unit will not function properly.This design is for the leachate treatment of Xx power plant.The sewage treatment plantused used for the relatively mainstream anaerobic followed by aerobic process to deal with leachate.Anaerobic reaction process using the Up-flow Anaerobic Sludge Bed(UASB),the process has a high organic load capacity that able to digest a normal reaction under a high influent COD concentration.But the effluent COD is relatively high, while nitrogen content is quite large, can not be directly discharged,need for additional aerobic reactor, and further reduce the effluent COD and ammonia nitrogen removal.Aerobic system uses membrane - bioreactor MBR (Membrane Bio-Reactor),the process is use of membrane separation unit and biological unit in the combination of a new water treatment technology. MBR reactor effluent water quality reach the third level of emission standards,and then discharged into municipal sewage treatment plant for further processing. Keywords： leacha
