Various new types of industrial areas are built one after another. In the process of urban planning, the real estate industry which is the pillar industry of economy will inevitably be influenced. After the golden age of development, especially after the introduction of new policy in 2011, real estate industry is confronting with a tough period in which the regulate and control are no longer ineffective and its intensity on the markets consuming behavior and enterprises developing behavior are unprecedentedly large. At the present stage, in the process of industrial areas reformation and planning, how to ensure a healthy development is a major problem real estate industry must deal with. Facing with the decrease of land supply, the restriction of policy and the increasingly competitive market, the real estate industry should make the preparation by analysing the influence of industrial areas reformation and planning on them.
