普工招聘体系优化及再设计终稿
摘 要
华瑞光电(惠州)有限公司处于珠江三角洲东北端
本文首先讲述了人力资源管理中招聘的基本理论知识,强调了招聘在整个人力资源管理中的重要性以及其实施原则、方法等内容。进而通过问卷调查和员工访谈,对公司现在的普工招聘体系进行分析,分析“招工难”发生的原因,总结了公司招聘工作的不足之处。最后根据总结的体系不足之处,结合理论知识,对招聘体系进行优化及再设计。
本文从招聘出发, 完全诠释了招聘体系之后,提出了“开源节流”思想。节流是从员工的待遇、管理进行优化,留住现有员工,吸引外在人员。开源是优化整个招聘体系,首先建立人员规划,进而进行岗位分析、评价,确定任职标准,建立胜任力模型;通过对招聘工作的招聘准备、招聘渠道、甄选机制三部分分别进行优化,依照做好的招聘计划进行招聘。并且,本文将招聘有效性评估和离职面谈加入招聘体系,并提升到一定的高度,以便于对招聘体系进行调整和优化,保证整体的合理性。

ABSTRACT
Very optoelectronicshuizhou)CO.,Ltd. is in the northeast of the Pearl River Delta. The strong impact of labor shortage result in recruitment difficult of general workers, which lead to the production line can not run normally ,and order can’t reach the level, These situation affected seriously the normal operation of the entire company.
Firstly, This study introduces the basic theory of human resources recruitment, emphasized the importance of staff recruitment’s content, procedures and principles. Then, by the questionnaire survey and interviews with the staff, diagnose the current recruitment system, analyzing the causes of recruitment difficult, summing up problems existing in recruitment system . Finally, based on the summary presented, the paper combine of theoretical knowledge, existing companies recruiting system to optimize and redesign the current recruitment system.
Starting from the staff recruitment management, based on the deeply analysis of the current recruitment system , This study put forward a new idea--- open source and Throttling. The throttle aims at optimized staff’s payment, management, retaining current staff, attracting external talents . Open source means starting from the human resources planning, making job analysis, forming qualification standards, through optimizing the recruitment channels, preparation, selection mechanism, the implementation of effective recruitment according to the scheme.
