S物流公司发展现代第三方物流战略的研究.docVIP

摘 要 我国自20世纪80年代初引进现代物流理论以来，企业、政府和学术界逐渐意识到现代物流在节约企业成本、推动经济发展、创造新的利润源和提高企业竞争力中所蕴藏的巨大潜力。经过30年的发展，我国物流产业水平有了很大的提高，物流产业的飞速发展也带动了其他产业的发展。同时，经济的发展对第三方物流服务需求越来越大，更多的工商企业希望将企业内部的物流外包给专业的第三方物流服务供应商。大部分工商企业希望与能够与可以提供从原料采购到企业内部生产、配送甚至到消费者的供应链设计及全程物流服务的第三方物流企业合作，以此来提高自身竞争力。 然而国内的第三方物流企业大多数是由传统的仓储企业、货代公司、运输企业发展起来的，甚至有的只是名义上的物流公司而实际上只从事简单的运输、货代等单一的业务，远远不能达到工商企业的需求。因此我国第三方物流企业必须借鉴国外优秀第三方物流的发展经验，引进专业物流人才，提高其服务质量，使国内第三方物流产业发展从服务数量上的增长转变为服务质量的提升。 S物流公司是外高桥保税区内专业物流公司之一，成立八年来一直保持着较快的发展速度，然而经济的发展要求S物流公司必须扩大其业务范围，提升服务质量，挖掘自身的核心竞争力，才能突破发展瓶颈，因此S物流公司必须在原有的发展基础上制定出新的满足市场需求的新的发展战略。本文在分析第三方物流产业环境及S物流公司内部优劣势及外部机遇与挑战的基础上，提出了S物流公司在现阶段应采取发展型战略，并根据S物流公司现有资源提出了S物流公司发展的具体策略。 关键词：第三方物流，现代物流，供应链管理，物流服务  ABSTRACT Since the early 80s of 20th century, modern logistics has been introduced in to China. From then on, companies governments and academia at all levels are gradually aware of its great potential in the areas of cutting the cost ,promoting the economic development, creating new profit resource and improving companies’ competitive power. After 30 years of development, Chinas logistics industry has been greatly improved, the logistics industry has driven the rapid development of other industries. Meanwhile, the economic development of the growing demand for third party logistics services, more and more companies want to outsource their logistics department to a professional third party logistics service’s provider. And in order to improve their own competitiveness, much of those companies hope to be able to cooperate with a third party logistics company which can provide the supply chain design and logistics services from raw materials procurement to internal production, distribution and even to consumers .
