人力资源研究与关系分析 目 录 一、绪论 1 （一）人力资源规划理论的发展 1 （二）国内外人力资源规划研究现状 3 （三）研究目的和意义 4 二、人力资源开发与管理现状 5 （一公司概况 5 （二）公司人力资源配置状况及问题 5 （三）企业战略与人力资源规划的关系分析 6 三、企业人力资源规划的设计 7 （一）公司人力资源规划环境分析 8 （二）公司人力资源规划中突出问题的解决 9 结论 11 参考文献 13 感谢信 14  摘 要 对现代企业而言，企业人力资源的质量和结构在很大程度上影响着着企业的生存和发展，面对日益激烈的市场竞争，现代企业必须高度重视人力资源管理，有必要在人才引进、管理、激励、考评等方面做出努力和调整，找到实施人力资源管理的现实途径，并制定出相应的规划。我国各类企业在人力资源规划方面还处在起步阶段和摸索阶段，而运用科学的方法制定人力资源规划方案，保证企业经营活动顺利进行是一项重要而有意义的工作。 房地产业作为引领当下中国经济快速成长壮大的重要经济载体，其经营水平的好坏直接关系到未来中国经济发展水平的好坏。处于转型期的中国现代企业，一方面要应对经济全球化带来的严峻考验；另一方面还要应对中国计划经济时代遗留下来的“制度性”遗产。具体到人力资源管理，计划经济时代的人力资源管理机制还在一定程度上发挥着作用，而全球性人才市场的形成又驱使更多的人才流向具有优厚薪金待遇的外国企业，因此，中国企业的人才流失和人才缺乏现象愈显严重，如何应对这个问题，是摆在我们面前一个亟待解决的问题。 本文通过对人力资源规划理论及其历史发展的论述，阐明人力资源规划在现代企业管理中的重要作用；拟从ZTFC集团人力资源管理现状出发，通过分析企业人力资源的现有结构和管理现状，并结合该公司的发展战略和内外环境，制定出基于企业发展战略的人力资源规划方案。 关键词: 房地产企业、人力资源规划、人力资源管理 Abstract In the modern enterprise, enterprise human resources quality and structure in largely influences the enterprises survival and development. In the transition of Chinese modern enterprise, on the one hand, to deal with the economic globalization brings serious test, On the other hand also with China planned economy period system heritage.
