毕业论文题 目关于济南市教育培训机构发展的瓶颈与对策学 院 数学科学学院 专 业 数学与应用数学 班 级 数学学 生学 号指导教师二〇一五年五月二十日摘 要随着知识经济时代的到来，人们越来越意识到教育的重要性。为了弥补传统教育的不足，满足人们对知识和其他专业能力的需求，教育培训行业应运而生。我国每年有将近一亿人参加各种类型的培训，由于这一行业入行门槛低，利润大，加之市场的供不应求，各种各样的教育培训机构不断出现，形成了培训行业迅猛发展的热潮。但没有完善的体制，市场监管力度不够，导致了行业内部鱼龙混杂，既损害了消费者的利益，也不利于行业的长远发展。教育发展关系到祖国的未来，本文中作者通过对济南市某些教育培训机构（包括涉及中小学教育的知名连锁机构、民办机构和以个人名义承办的教育培训机构）的走访调查和查阅资料，从国家政策、市场关系、自身体制和服务评价四方面分析了这一行业的发展现状。结合前人的研究基础找出了营销模式、人力资源管理和危机影响等制约教育培训行业发展的瓶颈，通过分析研究给出相应的建议，希望对教育培训机构未来的发展有所裨益。关键词：教育培训行业；发展瓶颈；对策ABSTRACTWith the advent of the era of knowledge economy,people are increasingly aware of the importance of education. In order to make up the shortcomings of traditional education,to meet the demand for knowledge and other professional ability, education and training industry arises at the historic moment. There are nearly one hundred million people to participating in the various types of training. Due to the low line the industry into the threshold, huge profits and the demand of the market, all kinds of education training institutions appear constantly, which formed a training industry rapid development boom. But there is no perfect system, and also market supervision is not enough, these lead to all kinds of people mixed up within the industry, not only harmfulto consumers, but also not conducive to the long-term development of the industry.Education development is related to the future of our country, in order to standardize the education training market, to provide better education service for students.The author of this paper visit some education training institutions of Jinan (including the famous chain institutions, non-government organizations and the private education training institutions which related to the primary and secondary education) and refer to information.
