江西省城镇规划建设与思考 ----赣州市城区绿地养护管理现状及其发展对策初探 [摘要] 随着国家实力的增强，人民生活水平的提高，精神文明建设的需要，园林绿化则成为识别城市形象的重要端口。园林绿化日新月异,花园式、园林式绿景观层出不穷。这样既美化了环境，提高了人们的生活质量。本文着重从园林绿化管养工作中存在的误区分析入手，并就如何决此类问题进行了分析，认为只有从科学规划设计合理配置园林植物进行了阐述，并对具体的对草皮、绿篱、行道树的养护技术进行了分析说明，以使进一步增加城市园林绿化养护管理的技术含量，提高养护队伍整体素质，普及养护知识，以打造生态园林绿化。 [abstract] along with the national strengths enhancement, living standards enhancement, promotion of cultural and ethical progresss need, the botanical garden afforests becomes distinguishes the urban image the important port. [关键词] 园林绿化养护 现状 对策与建议 [key word] botanical garden afforestation maintenance present situation countermeasure and suggestion 一、城市地理和气候概况 （一）城市地理概况 赣州市位于赣江上游，江西南部，简称赣南。赣州市是江西省最大的行政区，赣州中心城区建成区面积(章贡区和赣州经济技术开发区)40.28平方千米。本市位于东径113゜54’——116゜38’，北纬24゜29’——27゜09’之间。市内的章贡区为赣州市政府所在地，是一座国家历史文化名城，集中了许多宋代文化景点，主要有保存完整的宋代城墙、巍然壮观的八境台、郁然孤峙的郁孤台、完整壮观的文庙、艺术宝库通天岩等。全市列为全国文物保护单位有17处，省级文物保护单位48处，保存着一大批历史古迹。 （二）赣州四季气候特征 赣南处于武夷山脉、南岭山脉与罗霄山脉的交汇地带，属亚热带的南缘，呈典型的亚热带丘陵山区湿润季风气候。四季分明，光热充足，生长季长，冷暖变化显著，降水丰沛但分配不均等特点。春季阴雨连绵灾害。冷暖气流在赣南频繁交汇，天气变化无常，时冷时热，阴雨常现。一旦冷暖气流对抗剧烈，雷雨大风、冰雹、强降水等灾害性天气
