副词 就 的语法化历程及其语义研究 内 容 提 要 本文的研究重点是现代汉语中多种语义 功能的常用副词 就 先秦两汉时期 就 多作动词用 经过漫长的历史发 展逐渐产生了连词 介词 副词等用法 它的语义 功能等也 得到了极大地丰富 特别是副词 就 在现代汉语中语义多 样 功能繁多 本文认为副词 就 是由表 趋 到 接近 义的动词 就 虚化来的 在魏晋时期就已产生 元代以后是 副词 就 语义 功能进一步完善和丰富的时期 而诱发动词 就 虚化为副词 就 的句法环境是 就 VP 构成的是 连动式而不是 VP作宾语的 动宾式 结合副词 就 的 语法化历程 我们还认为 就 的基本义是 前后相承 在 此基础上 由于处在不同的语言格式中以及人们语用表达的需 要 派生出 时间 逻辑 数量范围 口气 等语义 而贯穿 这多种语义的还有一条 主观性 的线 1 副词 就 的语法化历程及其语义研究 Abstract The thesis concentrates on Jiu, which is an adverb with various semantic features and functions in modern Chinese. During the pre-Qin days and the Two Hans Dynasties, Jiu was a verb. Later after a long history’s evolution, Jiu can also be a conjunction, preposition, adverb etc. And the semantic features and functions of Jiu were enriched. This thesis considers that the adverb Jiu was grammaticalized from the verb Jiu during the Wei Dynasty and the Jin Dynasty. From the Yuan Dynasty semantic features and functions of adverb Jiu became more consummate and affluent. The construction of Jiu+Vp is the reason of Jiu’s grammaticalization and Jiu+Vp is a verb-object word group. According to the grammaticalization of Jiu, we consider that the basic meaning of adverb Jiu is Transition of the two actions before and after Jiu . Time, logic, confine, partical etc are all derived from the basic meaning.
