网络教学中的基本素养 摘 要: 网络教学的产生是人类历史上教学传播手段变革、教学方法改革的必然结果, 是教学科技高度发展和教学理论现代化的产物。网络教学是Internet应用的一个很有发展前景的领域。网络教学是一个崭新的概念, 有其独特的操作范型, 其主要特征是以现代媒体主要是计算机网络为基础, 实现教师、学生、媒体多向互动, 资源共享; 体现教学的个性化和开放化。网络教学模式的价值在于优化教学结构和教学过程, 大力度提高教学效率和教学效果。网络教学中的教与学和传统教学中的教与学有很大的差别，对教师和学生的基本素养也有不同的要求。本文讨论了网络教学的概念、网络教学的特点、学生的基本素养如学会学习、网上交际能力、参加学习、掌握计算机文化等；教师的基本素养如交互和参与、反馈、调整与帮助、有效教学、学生评价等。 关键词: 网络教学, 基本素养，学会学习, 反馈, 传统教学 Abstract： The product of teaching Network is the inevitable result of changing between teaching means of communication and teaching methods in the history of mankind, and also the Product of the high development of teaching technology and the teaching theories of modernization. Teaching network is a very promising field which internet is applied. network Teaching is a new concept which has its unique specifications, and the main character of it is main based on computer networks that is a modern media which achieving teachers, students, and more to interactive media and resources to share ,and also reflect personalized and open. The worth of teaching network is optimizing the structure of teaching and process of teaching, improving teaching efficiency and effectiveness of teaching in great efforts. Teaching and Learning in teaching network is very different from it in traditional teaching, and also apply different requirements between teachers and students of basic literacy. This paper discuss the concept of network teaching、the characteristics of network teaching、the basic quality of students such as learning to learn、internet communication capability、 participate in the learning ability、the computer education and the basic quality of teachers such as interaction and participation feedback、 adjustment and help、effective teaching、student assessment.
