让英语走进学生的生活 ——基于生活的寄宿制小学英语教学品牌创建研究 [ 内容摘要 ] 我校是一所具有十二年办学历史的民办寄宿制外国语学校，曾先后被评为省一级办学水平学校、省优秀民办学校、省标准化一类学校、市人民满意学校、市安全文明示范学校、市绿色学校。为创建学校英语教学品牌，自2003年1月起，我校组织开展了《基于生活的寄宿制小学英语教学品牌创建研究》。 本课题研究从小学生英语学习的心理特点入手，以创建“生活化英语教学”品牌为目标，以“让英语走进学生的生活世界”为手段，通过课程开发、氛围营造、文化建设、教学改革这四个途径，实现基于寄宿制小学生活的英语特色教学，全面提高英语学科教学质量，提升学校整体办学水平。 Abstract Hangzhou Experimental Foreign Language School is a private boarding school with a history of 12 years, which has been successively granted as a first-level provincial school, outstanding provincial private school, a provincial standard school of the first rank, citizens’ satisfactory school of Hangzhou City, exemplary school of security and civilization and good afforested school of Hangzhou City. In order to set up the teaching brand with a feature of teaching and learning English through the students’ daily lives, our school has carried out a research program called Research on Establishing Primary Boarding School English Teaching Brand since January, 2003. This research subject, starts with primary school students’ psychological characteristics in learning English, aims at establishing a brand of teaching English through the students’ daily lives, in which English is made part of their lives. To establish such characteristic, the following four steps have been taken: curriculum development, creation of learning English atmosphere, school culture construction and teaching reforms, bringing about the characteristic English teaching through boarding primary school students’ lives, so that the quality of English teaching and the school-running level in Hangzhou Experimental Foreign Language School have been well upgraded. Through our research, we have proved that this method is practical and effective.
