零件数控加工工艺及程序设计摘 要现代工业的发展，使得运用Pro/E、MasterCAM软件进行机械设计、仿真和数控加工成为一种趋势。本次设计是要通过对身边现有的零件进行观察，自己通过Pro/E软件建立三维模型，完成实体构造，然后导入MasterCAM软件中，利用Pro/E的优越的实体构造环境，我们能够在相对比较短的时间内，设计完成出实体的构造。MasterCAM的模拟加工，仿真性能很出色，可以模拟加工路径，刀具设置，以及加工效果。完成模拟加工，加工刀路，最后导出数控机床所能接受的NC代码进行模拟加工。通过此次设计达到熟悉基于数控加工方法和使用Pro/E、MasterCAM软件进行模具设计和制造的过程。本次毕业设计是结合Pro/E零件设计和MasterCAM的智能化数控加工的优点完成。关键词：实体构造、模拟加工、Pro/E、MasterCAMABSTRACTModern industrial development, making use of Pro/E,MasterCAMsoftware to machine parts achieve the design and simulation of CNC machining has become a trend.
